Given the seasonality of clementines, this cello can only be produced during the late fall and the winter, hence enjoy it while it is available. We prefer it as an after-dinner drink (and why not in combination with some Belgian chocolate).
This Cello is the sweet seducer. Try it on the rocks, just for fun. It can also be served after a nice lunch.

The Cello n°3 can best be compared with a “limoncello”. You will notice that it is just a little sharper than the traditional limoncello. Our passion for quality indeed pays off as we extract exactly that fine citrus flavour. Moreover, we use just enough sugar to make it delicious but much less than the average supermarket limoncello.
Lime always provides a subtle touch of freshness to any dish; a squeeze of lime juice or some lime zest just makes it happen. That is exactly what we look for when producing Cello n°4, exotic freshness in a bottle.

Some love it, some hate it. We obviously love it as we believe it offers an exceptionally attractive nose combined with a long-lasting finish. This truly is an after-dinner drink, especially if you prefer a slightly stronger cello and love that slight touch of “sweet” bitterness.
